FEE SCHEDULE
Mediation fees are determined on the basis
of whether the parties request an expedited,
half-day
or full day session. Weekend sessions are
also available.
Expedited Weekday Sessions: $200 per
party
10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Lunch will not be provided.
Half Day Weekday Sessions: $250 per
party
9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Lunch will not be provided.
Full Day Weekday Sessions: $500 per
party
Two 3-hour sessions, scheduled at the
parties convenience.
Lunch provided.
Weekend Sessions: $350 per party
10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
I am committed to working on the case
throughout the evening, if necessary. If
more time is
required after the session expires, the fee
will be $100 per party, per hour.
